This policy explains what SpecBeam does with the data manufacturers and their partners put into the platform.

What we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email, company), the product, pricing, asset, and partner records you upload into your workspace, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To operate your portal, authenticate users, deliver the assets and pricing you publish, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data and we do not use your catalog data to train models.
Tenant isolation
Every record belongs to a single manufacturer workspace. Access is enforced at the database level so partner users only see the products, tiers, and assets their authorization allows.
Subprocessors
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database, file storage, and transactional email. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays available while your subscription is active. On cancellation you can export your catalog, and we delete workspace data after the retention window described in your agreement.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your workspace data, and partner users can be deactivated at any time. Contact privacy@specbeam.com with any request.
